The only reason this place is getting a 2 star is the great work Dr. Choo does. The receptionists have horrible attitudes. I went here 5 years ago for a route canal only for it to break and then get taken out. I also have just gone to get a partial and the only person who went out of their way was the hygienist. She was great. They were to call me as soon as my partial was in due to the fact I can’t eat. So they called me I called them an hour later. 1 story from one receptionist another from a different receptionist. They wanted to get me in but apparently within 1 hour all of the appointments are booked. Mind you it takes 5 minutes to put my partial in and check it but they wouldn’t because the dentist wants to leave early. Well Mr. Dentist I would like to eat. So unprofessional. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with them but it will be the last.

I love this dentistry. Any place that brings up the name of Jesus to me is GREAT with me. I felt so safe getting my teeth fixed here. Ive had two extractions and not 1 problem when he did it. If they give you one pack of gauze just as for another pack. They’re nice and they will give it to you. I see a lot of Karen’s complaining about petty things. Dr. Cho is such a good dentist. I 100% recommend him. I don’t like doing reviews, but I didn’t like seeing all the lies about how bad it is. The front desk maybe have attitude problems, but the doctors are kool. Don’t let ur feeling steer u away from a good dentist like dr. Cho

I had a great experience with Dr. Cho. I had to have two roots removed and he was very kind and gentle to make sure I was fully numb and wouldn’t feel any pain. He then was able to successfully remove both within 5-10 minutes. I would highly recommend and will definitely be returning for any future dental procedures.

BEWARE! I've been going with this dentist since my son was 5 years old and he will be 16 next month yesterday we went in his appointment was at 10:00 they had called me three times before his actual appointment to reschedule the time due to them being short on staff went in yesterday we were there 20 minutes before his appointment which was scheduled at 10:00 at 10:08 I get called up to the front desk telling me that due to them being short on staff that they wouldn't be able to see my son until 10:40 remind you they already took six people prior before my son and people walking in the door they knew their names and took them right back as we're waiting for my son to be taken back and he was just there for a teeth cleaning when I asked to talk to someone in charge secretary goes back to the lady in the office she sits there secretary is whispering to her as I'm standing there waiting for her to get out of her seat to come talk to me instead she stayed in her seat didn't budge so I yelled never mind you can forget about it we are leaving and I am leaving this dentist office very unprofessional business and to Dr Thomas if you're reading this you're a good doctor my son loved you an

I have had nothing but good experiences here with Dr. Cho. I have severe anxiety and panic attacks when it comes to getting numb for a tooth pulled. He calmed my fears and his assistants are always so patient with me. I do have to say though don't feel pressured into having to let them numb you for a simple filling. I get all my fillings done without being numb and Dr. Cho is so gentle I don't have any pain!! I see a lot of bad reviews here but give Dr Cho a chance. He'd the best dentist there!!
